Breeding discontinued...

I am very sorry to inform you that we will no longer be breeding. Unfortunately Themba was diagnosed with having CMR 1, an hereditary eye disease.
Vieligplek Niko, "Themba", has the gene from both parents Afrika Tarzan & Vieligplek Koukie and is affected. I cannot with good conscience use him as a mate for Ayanda and previous experience with artificial insemination has not been successful.
This is truly sad as both are such wonderful dogs.

Please be aware that if you decide to go for another breeder, the rule in Austria is that tails are not allowed to be docked. Please make sure that the breeder is aware of this.

Boerboel puppies

Bесаuѕе thіѕ brеed hаѕ bееn nаturаllу ѕеlесtеd, thеу аrе generally very hеаlthу but do run the risk of hip & elbow dysplasia like most large breeds.
When selecting a puppy please make sure that both parents are hip & elbow dysplasia free.
Dogs should also have their eyes checked for entropium/ectropium and have a DNA test.
These are all prerequisites when breeding with SABBS (South African Boerboel Breeders Society).
All of our dogs are SABBS registered, our puppies come with full SABBS pedigree.
They will be inoculated, micro-chipped and carry a EU veterinary pass.
